Parent Education Information

NRYHA has partnered with The Mental Edge to offer parent education as a way to make our players experiences even better this year!  The presentation will introduce Mental Edge philosophy and strategies for teaching and mentoring life skills in and out of sports.  Parents  learned and received tips on:

  • How to express interest and involvement in the activities of their children.

  • How to be healthily involved with their children.

  • How to decipher the behavior of their children on a daily basis.

  • The difference between communications that open kids up and communication that shuts kids down.

2009 Candy Bar Fundraiser

Last season our candy bar fundraiser was a great success and we will be doing the fundraiser again this year. The candy bars will be distributed around November 1st.  Each family will be asked to sell one case of candy bars.

Old Jerseys Available for Sale

The old jerseys recently retired are available for purchase by association members on a first come basis.  A variety of sizes and numbers are available.  Cost is $15 for one or $20 for two. Please contact the association equipment managers for more information:
