New In-House Mite Program

The 2007-2008 Season brings us our first year of the In-House Mite program. We look forward to some exciting developments as we build the best program for our youngest players.

Dry Land Training

For the 2007-2008 Season we will be implementing a new Dry Land Program. This program was developed by our High School Coaching Staff and will concentrate on body core training for our young athletes. Stay tuned for further information.
