Registration sessions for the NRYHA 2011-2012 season will be held on:

• Thursday, September 8th from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm
• Saturday, September 10th from 9:00 am to Noon

**The 2011-2012 registration window must close on October 15th in order for rosters to be submitted to WAHA.  Players will not be able to register after this date.

Please follow the steps below to play for NRYHA this season:

• Register each player in your family with USA Hockey prior to the NRYHA Registration Sessions.  USA Hockey requires all players to register and pay the dues directly through the USA Hockey website.  USA Hockey membership is REQUIRED for all NRYHA players.  To do this:
  • Go to the USA Hockey registration website page: www.usahockeyregistration.com
  • Click on the "Ice Players and Coaches" button and follow the on-screen directions. You will be able to sign up multiple players through this process.  Additionally, USA Hockey membership fees must be paid with a credit or debit card.  If you don't have a credit card, a Visa gift card will work the same way.  Simply purchase one from a retailer like Walmart and use it like a credit card.
  • Print out the "Confirmation Form" that is generated and bring it to the NRYHA Registration Session. A separate form will be generated for each player.

Important Note:  The USA Hockey and WAHA Fees for each player remain at $40 (NRYHA will not credit these fees).  All Youth must be registered prior to coming to registration. Without your USA Hockey registration confirmation, we can not process your paperwork.

• Scroll to the bottom of this page and find all of the NRYHA Registration forms.  Print and complete them prior to the NRYHA Registration Session.
• Attend the NRYHA Registration Session of your choice (see the dates above - all sessions will be held at the rink).

Be sure to bring the following completed forms:

1. USA Hockey Confirmation page
2. 2011 – 2012 Hockey Registration Form
3. Consent to Treat Form
4. Work Hours Contract
5. Waiver of Liability
6. Code of Conduct Sheet
7. Payment (not required at registration, but must be paid in full prior to try-outs or participation in any pre-season on ice activity)
8. Copy of Birth Certificate AND Birth Certicate Verification Form - Required for ALL players except High School.  A "Birth Certificate Verification" is now required by WAHA to replace the use of actual Birth Certificates for events (for privacy purposes).  All  players except High School must complete this form.  The completed form and a copy of the child's birth certificate must be brought to registration.  You will take the Birth Certificate home with you. 

Each player must have all information above for registration to be accepted.

Other Important Notes

1. A $25 discount will apply for new members or those who pay in full during the registration sessions on September 8th and 10th.
2. Prospective coaches should check the Coaching Corner section of the website to find the Coach Registration form and complete it by September 23rd.  
3. Register for "Learn to Skate" by calling Community Ed at 715-243-7421

5. All players must register by October 15th in order for rosters to be provided to WAHA.
