NRYHA has 3 open positions that are key to our association's operations and success. Please help spread the word.

NRYHA will be accepting applications Extended until July 19.

Arena Manager

 

Position Duties

The Arena Manager is responsible for the management of all daily business activities, including revenue producing functions such as facility rental. The manager will be required to maintain the overall operation, function and physical structure in its entirety, in order to provide an efficient, clean and safe environment for NRYHA guests, tenants and members.

This is a paid position. Compensation will be determined by experience and skills.

Requirements

Must be able to lift 45 pounds.

Ability to climb, reach, bend, pull and lift. Some work is done on a slippery surface and varying environments including warm and cold temperature.

High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
Two years rink management experience preferred

Concession Manager

 

Position Duties

This position performs various functions related to the operation of the Concession Stand for all NRYHA functions including off season events. The manager facilitates efficient customer service in the area of concession sales and event admittance.

This is a paid position. Compensation will be determined by experience and skills.

Requirements

Ability to work independently, strong self-motivation and effective time management skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff/volunteers.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Provide administrative support to the association and its members.

This is a paid position. Compensation will be determined by experience and skills.

Requirements

Ability to work independently, strong self-motivation and effective time management skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Computer proficiency in QuickBooks, Word, and Excel
