2026 Skate Camp
Once again NRYHA is so excited to bring back Matt Johnson!
Matt brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to the ice and the kids love him!
Skate camp entails basic edge work with a focus on the fundamentals including edge work, transition, backwards, and quick feet. We will also be doing over speed pushing your athlete out of their comfort zone and into the next level.

2026 All Girls Skills Camp
We are thrilled to welcome Breanna Seibel to NRYHA!
You’ll likely be seeing Breanna around the rink often! In addition to leading camp, she is a member of our PCDC and will also be assisting on the ice with our Mite program as her daughter begins her hockey journey. We’re excited to have her knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm as part of the NRYHA family!
Breanna Seibel grew up playing New Richmond Youth Hockey before attending Shattuck-St. Mary's, where she continued her development at one of the nation's premier hockey programs. She went on to play NCAA Division I hockey at Sacred Heart University before transferring to Hamline University to finish her collegiate career.
Breanna has coached at every level of the game, including varsity with the Western Wisconsin Stars and Stillwater Girls High School, U14 and U19 Team Wisconsin, and has served as Team Wisconsin's Girls College Advisor. She has also directed and instructed numerous hockey camps, worked at the Shattuck-St. Mary's Summer Hockey Camps, and served as a USA Hockey Coach Developer, helping educate and mentor coaches throughout the nation.
Breanna is passionate about developing players through strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and a positive learning environment. She is excited to help athletes build confidence, refine their skills, and continue growing their love for the game.
This camp is designed for U10, U12, and U14 players who want to develop the fundamental skills needed to elevate their game. Each session will focus on individual skill development through high-tempo, high-repetition drills that maximize skating and puck touches while emphasizing proper technique and attention to detail.
Players will work on skating mechanics, edge work, speed, stickhandling, puck control, passing, shooting, and puck protection. Throughout the camp, athletes will build confidence, improve efficiency with the puck, and develop strong habits that transfer to practices and games. Players will leave with stronger fundamentals, greater confidence, and the skills to continue building their game throughout the season.

2026 Goalie Camp
We are thrilled to welcome Jude Hull to NRYHA!
Jude Hull grew up in Stillwater, MN where he fell in love with the goaltending position at an early age. After graduating from HS as captain his senior year playing for St. Paul Academy he went on to play two years of junior hockey. In 2013 he committed to play hockey at St. Olaf College where he lettered for three years and had an all-conference season his junior year.
Jude has been coaching for over a decade and has trained everyone from players learning to navigate goalie skates and pads for the first time all the way up to the collegiate level. Jude uses his unique path which led to a successful college career to teach and train goalies with a specific and customized approach to being the best goalie possible.
During this camp he will emphasize fundamentals (Shuffles, T-Pushes, Butterfly and Recoveries) while incorporating game like scenarios to best prepare your goalies for what is to come. While focusing on the basics he is able to identify strengths and weaknesses that allow him to offer a more customized on-ice experience rather than a cookie cutter approach.

2026 Mite Skating Camp
Get a head start on the hockey season with our Mite Skating Camp! Designed for young players of all skill levels, this camp helps build confidence, strengthen skating fundamentals, and prepare athletes for a successful season on the ice.
Each session will focus on edge work, balance, stride development, puck control, and fun, game-based activities in a positive and encouraging environment. Whether your player is returning to the ice or continuing to develop their skills, this camp is the perfect way to shake off the offseason, make new friends, and get ready for hockey!
The camp will be led by our Mite Directors, Tim and Sean, whose focus is creating a fun, supportive environment where young players can build confidence, develop their skills, and foster a love for the game.
