Order forms are due on or before October 26, 2025:

All order forms (linked below) must be handed into the box located in lobby of NRYHA Rink
Order forms are to be turned in with ONE CHECK made out to NRYHA, please place the form and check in a sealed envelope with the player’s name and team level on it.

Pick up: Once the cards are in, we will send out an email communication to team managers on how/when to pick them up.
